Business Solutions Service: Our Business Solutions Service provides our business customers ("Business Customers") with live chat technology that facilitates real-time sales and customer service for companies doing business on the Internet. As an Application Service Provider (ASP), we collect information from consumers ("Business Solutions End-Consumers") on behalf of our Business Customers. We also collect information on our own website if you log directly on to LivePerson.com (our "Site") and chat with a LivePerson support representative ("LivePerson Support User"). Our methods for collection and use of information vary depending on whether you are a LivePerson Support User or access our service as a Business Solutions End-Consumer.
