Senior Product Manager

Product Managers at LivePerson work on dynamic teams that design, build, and launch features used by millions of people every day.
It is expected that this PM will know all aspects of the product lifecycle and be an expert in the product's value chain. This includes tying the company's business strategy with product development to ensure that the needs of the market are effectively translated into product requirements. This includes the definition, review and revision of all artifacts as required in LP product development process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Define strategy and process improvements to allow growth of programs at scale
- Deliver strategic product initiatives through cross company relationships
- Proven innovation track record
- Functional requirements specifications and tactical business ownership, representing business stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of relevant software Product Management experience or equivalent in the areas of eCommerce, online advertising and/or intelligence based marketing suites with knowledge in web technologies and good understanding of e-business and SaaS
- Proven experience in full product ownership used by enterprise customers
- Able to drive company-wide change through interpersonal connections
- Process oriented, able to drive products that scale
- Significant experience with enterprise deployment and professional services
- BA/BSc, preferably engineering or computer science, MBA is an advantage
- Collaborate with technical Ops teams PMO, Production and Support and with R&D, QA in SCRUM
Other requirements:
- Proven communication skills across levels in a global organization: From field executives to distributed technical delivery teams
- Be able to align tactical needs and requirements to strategic goals
- Outbound experience: Pricing/Packaging, building Sales tools, strategic communication of product roadmap to customers
- Software architecture, technical leadership - Significant Advantage
- Experience with a structured product development methodologies. Agile/SCRUM is an advantage
