NOC Engineer

A Network Operations Center (NOC) in a leading and fast growing organization.
The NOC engineer is responsible for monitoring and supporting company production system and application related issues.
The NOC Engineer would play a key role by coordinating operations and engineering teams in order to identify and triage outages, verify service impact to the users, send out status updates, dispatch the appropriate subject matter experts and identify root cause to implement a fix.
The working environment is intensive and demands working in irregular hours including 24/7 shifts.
Requirements
- 3 years as system administrator in MS environment (MCSE certification is an advantage)
- Experience in developing and working with monitoring tools (HPOV is an advantage)
- High level English is required
- Team Player and high customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in order to handle multiple tasks in a real-time environment
