Responsible for providing world class assistance to client through online chat, email & telephone.
Requirements:
- Native English (or equivalent verbal and written)
- Customer orientation and communication skills - communicating by email, chat or by phone
- Technical trouble-shooting ability
- Minimum two years experience in product support
- Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, [MAC - advantage]
- Experience and proven knowledge of Internet applications, TCP/IP, routers, firewalls
- Familiarity with web site building [HTML, JavaScript - advantage]
- First degree preferred
- 5 shifts a week- 24*7
