Helpdesk Technician Tier 1

Ra'anana, Israel

Responsible for providing world class assistance to client through online chat, email & telephone.

Requirements:

  • Native English (or equivalent verbal and written)
  • Customer orientation and communication skills - communicating by email, chat or by phone
  • Technical trouble-shooting ability
  • Minimum two years experience in product support
  • Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, [MAC - advantage]
  • Experience and proven knowledge of Internet applications, TCP/IP, routers, firewalls
  • Familiarity with web site building [HTML, JavaScript - advantage]
  • First degree preferred
  • 5 shifts a week- 24*7
